Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are auto-renewable and charged to your Apple ID
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

The Dugout uses OpenAI to generate match previews and player summaries. This content may contain inaccuracies and is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It should not be relied upon as a sole source of factual information.

Football Data

Live scores, fixtures, lineups, and statistics are provided by third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or correctness of this data at all times.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to: reverse-engineering, scraping content, or using the service in any way that could damage or impair its operation.

Intellectual Property

The Dugout is the property of Joe Woodward. Club logos, player images, and other third-party assets belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes within the app.

Limitation of Liability

The Dugout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to inaccuracies in data, service interruptions, or content errors.
